Working as a freelancer definitely has its advantages. While remaining flexible I can also choose my hours, choose my clients, choose my rate and ensure that I can work in netball & rugby practice, ballet class, guitar lessons, swimming lessons and the odd day up the ski field (insert sad, no snow yet face here).
